A 7-member Scheme Trust Board of the temple is headed by Shri Shivendra Narayan Bhanjadeo, who is the Hereditary Trustee & President of the Trust Board. The 7-member Scheme Trust Board comprises of prominent people from the Cuttack city including the Additional District Magistrate (Law & Order), Cuttack and representative of the Sevaks of the Cuttack Chandi temple. An Executive Officer is also appointed by the Commissioner of Endowments, Odisha, Bhubaneswar to oversee the overall daily functioning of the Temple. The Executive Officer also acts as the ex-Officio Secretary of the Scheme Trust Board. The present Sheme Trust Board is functioning for a period of 3 years w.e.f. 08.01.2019.
